The Supreme Court also ruled that the federal ban on same-sex marriages is unconstitutional.

This bill would require the Department of Citywide Administrative Services to prepare a notice for City agency employees and job applicants regarding federal and state student loan forgiveness programs. It would also repeal the subchapter of Chapter 5 of title 20 of the Administrative Code that contains current laws regulating third-party food delivery services. The department could deny, suspend or revoke a license if a third-party food delivery service committed two or more violations of the new law.
