Entertaiment means entertainment in all its forms: as amusement, recreation, fun, or diversion; in a more serious sense, ceremonial, festival, public or private celebration, or religious ceremony. It may also be a means of communication, education, or satire. Entertaiment can be at any level from a personal entertainment selection from a now enormous array of pre-recorded products, to a banquet for two; to performances for thousands; or even the worldwide web. Its use has a long history in the arts, literature, and culture, and has demonstrated a remarkable capacity for creative remix.
